Entertainment Destination Management

This program is designed to prepare certificate holders for assuming responsibility for overseeing all aspects of customer relations, as well as managing the animation and operations of the experience center. Additionally, they are tasked with managing the center itself and its commercial activities. Throughout the program, participants will develop an understanding of the significance of welcoming customers, including protocols for VIPs and customer care, and will gain experience in guiding them through various activities. They will also acquire skills in Meet & Greet interactions.
